In 1970 began the construction of the city of Arcosanti in Arizona, designed by the Italian architect Paolo Soleri.

The project has the goals of combining the social interaction and accessibility of an urban environment with sound environmental principles, such as minimal resource use and access to the natural environment.

The sun is a major player in all the architecture of the city, which responds to it in these shadows and these colors and its temperature. Most buildings are oriented southward to capture the sun's light and heat – roof designs admit the maximal amount of sunlight in the winter and a minimal amount during the summer.

The photographs taken here by the AI Dall e software are inspired by the ideas of Paolo Soleri. From these, I would like to develop a project of autonomous artistic form reacting to the light of the sun, a closed place adapting to the outside temperature.

The production of these images took about 60 minutes, which represents 22 Watt/hour of electricity used by the computer.

It is for the moment too difficult to evaluate the electric consumption produced for the generation of the images.
